When foreign patients came to Bangladesh to take treatment !!!

We can easily find lots of negative news about the quality of health services in Bangladesh form many media & Newspapers. We can also learn about it online by searching on Google. The Fame of Bangladesh will be affected if this type of news comes out or published from media. But whatever news published from media abut the quality of health services in Bangladesh maximum are unfortunately true.

Some Doctors in Bangladesh are responsible for serving lower quality medical treatment. Because they take medical health services as a business. When a patient goes to the doctor’s chamber for treatment then these doctors prescribed unnecessary medical tests even they also write down their prescriptions some drug that is not govt. approved. By giving this kind of medical advice, they will get commotion amounts from diagnosis centers and drug companies.

In this case, the patient has nothing to do because common people don't have this kind of medical treatment. Therefore, patients need to go to the doctor's chamber many times to prevent a single disease, and by this system, doctors are earning improper money.

We see many times that the patient died because of doctor provides the wrong treatment. It’s become very common news in Bangladesh.

There are a thousand stories that doctor advice for operation when patients go abroad for operation for better treatment (when they effort it) after that, they become shocked when the foreign doctor said: "No need to do an operation, just take this few medical you will get well soon".

Now a day for the better treatment, when people like India, Thailand and Singapore are run like crazy. But now some foreign patient is coming to Bangladesh to treat Chronic Hepatitis!

Associate Professor of Hematology Department, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Mamun Al-Mahtab (dreamer) and Japan's expatriate medicalologist Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Fazle Akbar, the leading craftsman of successful hepatitis treatment in Bangladesh.

On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, he said about the success of the hepatitis treatment of the Department of Health. Department of Health Department Marufur Rahman Apu highlighted the description given by Swapnil's on the platform, called 'Platform'.

"NASVAC" (Novel Nasal Vaccine for Hepatitis B or NASVAC). The first New Drug Molecule invented by Bangladeshi doctors, which is in the final stages of the clinical trials. Currently, some other countries of the world, including QUBA, have already started marketing.

Clinical trials of 'NASAVAC' with the permission of the US FDA and Bangladesh Drug Administration have shown that patients with Chronic Hepatitis have been fully cured due to 59% Hepatitis-B virus in 6 months of NASAback application.

38 percent of patients who have been cured of the use of conventional recognized medicines called pegylated interferons. The drug is currently in the multi-center clinical trial in Japan. It is not yet ready in Bangladesh because it does not have the necessary legislation, but it is likely to come to the market within the next 2-1 years.

Here is not the story of success! If I say stem cell therapies are being given here! Yes, Dr. With the help of stem cell therapies, the partner and his team started treatment for patients with liver cirrhosis or failures.

Most patients who died of liver cirrhosis or failure have died and their current liver transplant It is difficult to get the cost of about 40-50 lakh taka (1,00,000 US dollar) and the cost of a suitable donor.

But the cost of treatment in Stemcell system is only 50 thousand to one and a half million (600 to 1900 US dollars). Although the method of using stem cells are not new, Dr. Swapnil and his team have applied stem cells directly to the liver arteries in their own invented method, and the process has already succeeded by applying it to 3 patients.

One more thing to know is that the Hepatitis-B virus along with the Hepatitis-C virus is also one of the causes of liver damage. The value of the drug used in this world is about $ 1 million! But how much does the same medicine in Bangladesh know? Only 1 thousand dollars! Incepta and Bikon drug companies are made.

The original Active Molecule Company has given permission to manufacture these medicines in Bangladesh and India. Bangladesh has got patent restrictions up to 2033. The price here is less than that of India. So many patients in the world are coming directly to Bangladesh to take this medicine or order them online.
